The Steel Works Apartments are estimated to be done at the beginning of May 2023. The move-in date for residents is estimated to be June 1st.

Reservation Process

1. Select an apartment unit that best suits you

2. Apply ($10) for the unit

3. Wait for Clavis to contact you and approve your application

4. Once the application is approved Clavis will run (with your approval) a background and credit check (single $40, pair $60)

5. Once the application and background check has been approved by Clavis a $100.00 non-refundable reservation fee is required
